One person was taken to hospital overnight after a stabbing in Burnaby.
It happened in the 3800-block of Hastings Street, about one block east of the Vancouver boundary.
Burnaby RCMP said a fight was reported just before 3 a.m. The victim was transported to hospital about 40 minutes later with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators say the victim was not known to police.
The suspect remains at large.
He’s described as black, six feet tall and dressed all in black. He was last seen heading west on Hastings Street.
