The province’s police watchdog, the Special Investigations Unit, is probing the death of a man in Penetanguishene.
According to Southern Georgian Bay OPP, on Monday evening, an altercation occurred.
Police say following the altercation, two men were transported to hospital.
Officers say one of the men, 59-year-old William McKee, succumbed to his injuries in hospital.

According to police, the 27-year-old man was airlifted to a Toronto-area hospital where he remains in critical condition.
Police say officers notified the SIU, which invoked its mandate to investigate deaths, serious injury or allegations of sexual assault involving police officers.
