Firefighters from Pense, Sask. responded to a Monday morning blaze in the village of Belle Plaine.
Crews were called to a house engulfed in flames around 3:00 a.m. and were on scene until mid-morning.

Officials say no one was home at the time and the owner lives in Moose Jaw.
