Kitchener Rangers double up Erie Otters

The Kitchener Rangers paid a visit to Pennsylvania on Wednesday where they doubled up the Erie Otters by a score of 8-4.

Rangers forward Joseph Garreffa had a hat trick and captain Rickard Hugg also potted a pair to lead the way for Kitchener.

Michael Vukojevic, Donovan Sebrango and Greg Meireles would also score for Kitchener.

Petr Cajka would counter with a pair for Erie, which also got goals from Gera Poddubnyi and Jamie Drysdale.

Luke Richardson made 27 saves to secure the win for Kitchener.

The win puts Kitchener into sixth place in the Western Conference, a point back of the Owen Sound Attack.
