Surrey RCMP say they were called to a home at 128 Street and 64 Avenue on Tuesday morning in what turned out to be a false report.
Police did not disclose the nature of the call but about 10 police cruisers were on scene, along with RCMP officers with guns drawn.

In addition, about five people could be seen in handcuffs sitting on the ground but it is not known why at this time.
Police say they did not find what was reported at the home.
They say they responded “as required” and understand it has had an impact on the community and caused traffic delays in the area.
