BC NDP leader Adrian Dix vowed today to ban all corporate and union campaign donations if he is elected Premier.

Dix made the announcement in Vancouver this afternoon, ahead of tonight’s half-hour television address by Premier Christy Clark.

Dix acknowledged tonight’s address by Clark, but says it’s unlikely he would ever buy a block of TV time to do the same.

He also said he wouldn’t be able to catch tonight’s address as he does not have cable television and “has other things to do, like washing my socks.”
