Missing Surrey preteen located safely: police

Surrey RCMP says a 12-year-old girl that had been reported missing has been located safely.

Police issued a bulletin for Jaylin Hoytema after she was not seen by her family for nearly four days.

Police said her family had been concerned about her health and well-being.
