At 7:15, we’ll meet filmmaker Rob Stewart and find out more about his feature documentary, Revolution, opening in theatres across Canada later this month.

At 7:45, we’ll find out about a project that is bringing students and musicians together to create their own music.  Nova Scotia Symphony’s Adopt-A-Musician program is in its tenth year, and is showing no signs of slowing down.

We’re going to hit the gym at 8:15 with our Get Fit segment. This time, Paul is introduced to a few classic boxing moves meant to keep anyone in shape.

And at 8:45, we’ll meet Lindsey Frazier, who will be playing the role of Elle in the upcoming Neptune Theatre musical, “Legally Blonde.”
