Northumberland OPP are looking for two suspects after a pharmacy in Brighton was robbed at gunpoint on Monday afternoon.
Around 2 p.m., two men entered the rear of the Rexall PharmaPlus on Main Street and approached the counter demanding drugs. One suspect reportedly forced at least one employee to the ground at gunpoint while demanding drugs.
The suspects fled out the same rear door with a quantity of drugs. Police say while fleeing, the suspects dropped some drugs.
Numerous officers converged on the area, but the two suspects are still on the loose.

“Both suspects were wearing handkerchiefs over their lower face and reportedly carrying black handguns,” police stated.
Area schools were in a hold and secure until officers made sure the area was safe.
Both suspects are described as Caucasian. One is 50 to 55 years old, standing approximately 5-foot-8, wearing black cargo pants, black shirt and brown work shoes.
The second suspect is described as being in his early 30s. He is over six-foot tall with a thin build.
