A Winnipeg man who hasn’t been seen since November of last year has been found dead.
Kyle Fortier, 23, was reported missing on Nov. 8, 2017.
His car was found a few days later submerged in the water off Breezy Point Road in St. Andrews, but there was no one in the car.
Police said foul play was not suspected, and Fortier’s family is asking for privacy.
