Halton police say an 88-year-old Burlington woman with Alzheimer’s disease has been located thanks to a tip from the public.
Doris Zielke was reported missing on Tuesday morning.
Police said at the time that she had a history of wandering away from her residence in South Burlington.
Doris Zielke was spotted walking near a backyard on Barons Court on Tuesday afternoon by a resident in the area who then contacted police.
She is said to be in good health but is being examined by medical staff due to prolonged heat exposure.
