The Guelph Storm have named Chad Wiseman as the team’s assistant coach heading into the 2018-19 OHL season.
Wiseman joins the organization after being named head coach of the Burlington Cougars of the OJHL earlier this year.
“Chad brings a wealth of coaching and playing experience to our organization,” said George Burnett, Storm head coach and general manager. “He has a strong background in skill development and has enjoyed success in working with players in a variety of situations.”
Prior to joining the Cougars, Wiseman spent three seasons as GM and head coach of the Metropolitan Riveters of the National Women’s Hockey League.
The team won the league championship last year.
