Manitoba’s police watchdog is looking into an incident that left a man with a collapsed lung.
Cops were called to Siloam Mission Wednesday morning when a man became aggressive.

Police said they tried to put the man under arrest but needed to use pepper spray and a taser to get him under control.
The man was taken to the Health Sciences Centre, where the injury was discovered.
The Independent Investigation Unit is required to look into incidents that involve hospital admissions.
