A 24-year-old man is facing a long list of charges after Ontario Provincial Police seized drugs and firearms in Orillia.
According to Orillia OPP, officers received information about someone who was allegedly in possession of a firearm in the city.
Orillia OPP, with help from the Orillia community street crime unit, conducted an investigation into the allegations.

As a result, police seized two firearms including a loaded handgun. Police say they also seized a quantity of cocaine and xanax.
According to police, 24-year-old Jordan Sheard of Orillia was arrested by officers from the Repeat Offenders Parole Enforcement Unit (ROPE) on July 23 in Orillia. He is now facing several firearm and drug-related charges.
Officers say the accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Barrie via video on July 31.
