Five people were forced to jump to safety from a second floor window after a Friday morning house fire on Arlington.

Five people were forced to jump to safety after a house fire on Arlington Street Friday morning.

Fire crews say all of the people lived in the house and were forced to jump from the second floor. Four of them were taken to hospital – three in stable condition and one in unstable condition.

A Global News roof camera captured a significant amount of smoke just before 7 a.m.
