Kelowna’s water providers have reached a deal they hope will lead to tens of millions of dollars in provincial funding for infrastructure. The city and four irrigation districts have agreed to work together on the future on water improvement projects. It’s hoped the deal will lead to improved water quality and to more financial aid from the province. Barry McDivitt reports.
