Hamilton police say a classic car reported stolen has been returned to its owner.

Police say a representative of the owner of the 1926 Ford Model T received a call from an unidentified man on Wednesday, July 11, who said the car would be returned if police were not involved.

An agreement was reached and the next day, the vehicle was located in the area of Safari and Brock roads.
