An Okanagan teenage girl convicted in the stabbing death of a friend has now been charged with another, related crime.
At a raucous Peachland house party in June 2010, Ashlee Hyatt, 16, was killed by a single knife wound to her neck.

The 16 year old killer was charged with murder but convicted of manslaughter.
Now, she’s been charged with breaching a court order prohibiting her from possessing or consuming alcohol or drugs while awaiting sentencing.

It’s alleged the offence happened earlier this month in Abbotsford.
Both the breach charge and the manslaughter sentencing will be dealt with next month in a Kelowna courtroom.
