UPDATE: Vancouver Police say they have now identified the woman found in medical distress in Vancouver Tuesday afternoon.
Her family is on their way to her bedside.

Police do not suspect foul play.
The woman was found around noon, unresponsive and leaning up against a post in the 6500-block of Maple Street. Police say she had no signs of physical injury, but was taken to hospital as a precaution.
According to police her state has now deteriorated and she remains in hospital in serious condition.
