Guelph police are investigating a third case of someone committing an indecent act in public within the last week.
The latest involved a man allegedly masturbating while riding a bicycle just before 7 a.m. on Saturday in the area of Eramosa Road and Delhi Street.
The suspect is described as a man in his 40s, fit-looking, with blond or red hair. He was wearing a baseball hat, a black and purple sports coat, and was riding a red bicycle.
Two other similar incidents were reported to police last week, but police said they are all being investigated separately.

“We do encourage people if they do come across this unfortunate incident to call 911 immediately,” said. Const. Josh Fraser. “These are crimes and you are a victim of a crime.”
On June 18, police were called to the area of Bristol and Surrey streets at around 2:30 a.m for reports of a man masturbating.
The suspect fled the area before officers arrived and is described as 40-50 years old, approximately five-foot-five to five-foot-10, about 200 pounds, heavy set, with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark-coloured button-up shirt.
Another incident happened on June 21 just before 4:30 p.m. on a trail along the Speed River near Edinburgh Road.
The suspect in that investigation is described as a man in his mid-20s, with a thin build, wearing a dark baseball cap and eyeglasses.
Fraser said police do not believe the three incidents are connected based on the descriptions, but are hoping to identify the suspects so charges can be laid.
“For something like this, indecent act would be the charge that would be laid. If there was something said to anyone, possibly sexual assault,” he said.
