Are the Calgary Flames going to trade Iginla?

CALGARY – With the NHL’s trade deadline looming, sports experts are speculating the smiling face of the Calgary Flames may be playing his last few games with the club.

Reports are swirling that Jarome Iginla has submitted a list of four teams he would accept a trade to.

The list of teams is rumoured to include the PIttsburgh Penguins, the Chicago Blackhawks, the Boston Bruins and the defending Stanley Cup champion Los Angeles Kings.

Iginla would have to waive his no-movement clause for a deal to happen.

Iginla addressed trade rumours after Sunday night’s win over the St. Louis Blues, saying “Honestly, we’ve made it this far in the year, there is a lot of speculation about our team and me individually. Now with an important win for our team, it will work itself out in whatever it is — a week away. I don’t want to contribute to it.”
