Monday was a big improvement over the last several days with the temperature climbing to 6 C at Calgary International, but Global’s weather station at Bragg Creek recorded a double digit high of 12 C.
Despite the warm-up that arrived today, we will be in for a bit of a roller coaster ride with the weather this week.
Tomorrow will be warmer right across the province but a line of showers from north of Calgary, south through Lethbridge is expected in the latter half of the afternoon and early evening.

We’re forecasting Calgary’s high on Tuesday to come in at a balmy 7 C, which is still a few degrees below the seasonal average of 10 C, but it will be enough to continue the melting process that began today.
Wednesday is expected to be sunny and 9 C, before colder air and snow return on Thursday. Conditions will improve on Friday with a high of 6 C and on the weekend Calgary should be back above seasonal once again with highs of 12 C forecast for both days.
