Shootings, robbery keep Regina police busy overnight

Regina police were busy overnight dealing with two separate shootings and a robbery.

In the first shooting, officers were called to Regina General Hospital where a man was seeking treatment for a bullet wound.

His injuries are considered to be non-life-threatening.

The second shooting happened early Tuesday morning in the 1000-block of Rae Street where a shot was fired at a home.

Police said the bullet went through a window but no one in the home was injured.

No other information has been released as police continue to investigate.

The robbery happened just before 10 p.m. CT in the 100-block of University Drive.

Police said a lone person entered the business and threatened an employee with a weapon.

The suspect then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The employee was not injured.

Police have no one in custody in any of the incidents.
