Winnipegger Fred Penner has won Children’s Album of the Year at the 2018 Juno Awards.

Penner’s album, “hear the music”, showcases vocals from his own family and roll calls from Canadian talents including Ron Sexsmith, Alex Cuba, Basia Bula, The Good Lovelies, Terra Lightfoot, Afie Jurvanen and Ken Whiteley.
