Three people charged months after southeast home invasion

 CALGARY- A man wanted in connection with a home invasion in southeast Calgary last year has been arrested.

Last May, three people broke into a home in the 1800 block of 40 Street S.E., assaulting a man inside and ransacking the residence. All of the suspects managed to flee the scene, and a warrant was issued for the arrest of 24-year-old Michael George Delday, who was thought to be hiding in B.C.’s lower mainland.

On March 7, police managed to track him down to an apartment building in the 4400 block of 4 Street N.W. and take him into custody. Delday has since been charged with several weapons-related offences, break and entre, assault, criminal harassment and uttering threats.

Police also arrested 20-year-old Kai Errol Horst Keller outside the apartment building. He faces a number of charges, including possession of a firearm and body armour.

The investigation also led to the arrest of a woman on March 8. 22-year-old Emily Yunen Yen Fu of Calgary has since been charged with several weapons offences.

Delday and Keller are in custody, while Fu was released on bail.
