Grain futures rise, pork prices fall

CHICAGO – Grains futures mostly rose Monday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery rose 3 cents to $7 a bushel; May corn rose 7.75 cents to $7.1125 a bushel; May oats rose 5 cents to $3.93 a bushel; while May soybeans rose 8.50 cents to $14.7950 a bushel.

April live cattle rose 0.57 cent to $1.2812 a pound; April feeder cattle rose 0.02 cent to $1.4137 a pound; April lean hogs fell 0.87 cent to 81.15 cents a pound.
