OHS investigating after man found dead at southeast Calgary worksite

A man was killed at a work site in Calgary on Wednesday, March 7. Global News

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is investigating the death of a man found dead at a worksite in Calgary on Wednesday.

Calgary police said officers were called to the scene in the 100 block of Southland Drive S.E. after staff found a mechanic under a truck. He was unconscious and not breathing.

EMS was called and crews declared the man dead just after 11:30 a.m.

OHS said the cause of the injuries are still to be determined and the investigation is ongoing.
