Calgary police are investigating after two people were assaulted Sunday morning in the Greenview neighbourhood.

It happened at around 2:15 a.m., near the 100-block of Grier Place N.E.

Police said it is unclear if the suspects knew the victims.

EMS officials said two men were taken to Foothills Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Both men are in stable condition.

Calgary police said the investigation is ongoing, adding the victims were not cooperating.
