HALIFAX – A man accused of murdering a prostitute more than two years ago is due in Halifax provincial court Thursday.
Last week, police said Steven Elliot Laffin led officers to the remains believed to be that of the victim, Nadine Anne Taylor.

The 29-year-old woman was reported missing on July 31, 2010, a few days after she failed to return to her Halifax apartment.
Laffin faces a charge of second-degree murder in her death.
