Video footage has emerged showing the moment when a ceiling began to collapse onto a crowd during a Christmas concert in Vaasa, Finland at the Vaasa Arena.
Audience members scrambled during the concert on Dec. 17, when lights and air ducts fell from the ceiling. The band ran off stage the moment the roof structure came crashing down.
Seven people were injured in the incident, according to a local media report.

Mathias Skytten, chairman of the board of directors of the Arena Municipalities, said they were lucky not to have any fatalities.
He said, “We had the guardian angels watching over us.”
The Vaasa Arena, which is the home of the ice hockey SM-League, is set to be renovated within the next year.

The clip of the ceiling collapsing on the unsuspecting audience members comes two days after DJ Kaleb Freitas was killed after part of a stage collapsed during a storm at the Brazil Atmosphere Festival on Dec. 17.
The accident was captured by people in the crowd at the electronic music festival in Esteio near the southern city of Porto Alegre in Brazil.
The fan-caught footage shows the moment when the stage buckles and falls over while a crowd of around 5,000 people watched.

Freitas was performing when the structure was brought down and he was rushed to the hospital with head injuries but died soon after arrival.
