Police are investigating an overnight assault that injured a 38 year-old man.
At around 10:00 p.m. on Friday, officers were called to a home on 55th street in Villeray-Saint-Michel-Parc-Extension.

That’s were the victim was allegedly attacked by four hooded individuals who broke into his home.
The suspects struck him with the butt of a gun.
One of the suspects claimed that the victim owed him money.
Police say the victim was known to police.
