London police are warning the public about a high-risk offender who has returned to London after being released from a provincial jail.
Christopher John Webster, 33, has a history of violence and sexually related offences.

He’s described as a white man, roughly 181 lbs., around 6’1″, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
In a release, London Police say they’re warning the public about Webster’s release after “careful deliberation and consideration of all related issues, including privacy concerns, in the belief that it is clearly in the public interest.”
