Five weeks after a 22-year-old woman was last seen in north Edmonton, police issued a plea for help from the public on Tuesday as they try locate her.
Amber Valarie Barlow was last seen in the area of 107 Street and 152 Avenue on Tuesday, Oct. 10, according to police.
They said her disappearance is considered to be out of character and there are concerns for her well-being.
“She does not have any known ties outside of the Edmonton Metro area,” police said in a news release on Tuesday.
Barlow is five foot eight and weighs about 150 pounds. Her hair is short but police said its current colour is unknown. She has a heart tattoo on her upper right arm.
