Morning News team
Meet Richard Dagenais, Camille Ross and Jessica Laventure, the hosts of our new Global Montreal Morning news weekdays from 6am-9am. They take us behind the scenes for their first photo shoot and share the challenges, joys and sometimes frustrations of launching a brand new show from the ground up. They’ll also share their little-known talent of singing together with an impromptu concert. Find out more here.

Snow Village
The co-creator of Montreal’s snow village Guy Belanger joins us in studio. For the second straight year he and his colleagues created the only village in North America made entirely of ice and snow. Their village on Parc Jean Drapeau boasts a 25-room ice hotel, 100-seat Ice Bar, 100 seat restaurant and a giant heated igloo for business meetings and private parties. You can find more information at www.snowvillagecanada.com.
Black Theatre Workshop
Montreal’s Black Theatre Workshop kicked off Black History Month this weekend with the Vision Gala. The 2013 edition honours Montreal performer Gregory Charles with the Martin Luther King Junior acheivement award. Black Theatre Workshop Artistic Director Quincy Armorer joins us to talk about the event and tell us why Gregory Charles was a perfect fit for this award. For more information log onto www.blackthearetworkshop.ca.
