Halifax Regional Police say the suspect involved in an alleged sexual assault at the Mount Saint Vincent University campus has been released without charges.
On Saturday, police said the investigation is ongoing, adding that cases like these are sensitive in nature.

The 19-year-old suspect was arrested at 8:48 a.m. on Friday, after a woman was allegedly pulled into a wooded area on campus and sexually assaulted.
Police said the incident happened at around 12:30 a.m. on Friday outside Vinnie’s Pub on the campus.
They said suspect was not a student at the university and was not known to the victim.
The university said they have supports put in place for students at this time.
