New Brunswick RCMP say that a 36-year-old man has been found guilty of accessing child pornography.
Kevin Stephen Logan, 36, was found guilty at Saint John Provincial Court yesterday.

He has been released under conditions not to access computers or the internet and not to be around children under the age of 16 unless accompanied by an adult who is aware of Logan’s conditions.
He will face a sentencing hearing on Jan. 3, 2018.

Police say that Logan was arrested in May 2016 after officers executed a search warrant at his home in Saint John.
As a result of their search warrant, police seized several electronic devices and in August 2016, Logan was charged with accessing child pornography.
