STEPHENVILLE, N.L. – Three men accused of using knives and a machete during a violent home invasion last week are to appear in court today in western Newfoundland.
RCMP say the men wore masks during the attack Friday at a home in Bay St. George.

Police accuse the men of stealing cash, marijuana and prescription pills before fleeing the scene.
The trio was arrested later at a traffic stop.
The owner of the home is recovering from minor injuries.
