Fire destroyed a home in the Village of Norwood, Ont., on Monday night.
Asphodel-Norwood Township firefighters were called to a house fire on County Road 40 at Albine Street around 11:30 p.m. Norwood is about 30 kilometers east of Peterborough.
Three people managed to get out of the home as the blaze spread.

Firefighters quickly got the fire under control but not before the fire damaged most of the house as well as a car in an attached garage.
No damage estimate or cause has been provided.
