Fergusson was already being held at Saskatoon Correctional Centre when he was arrested on Friday.

The new investigation into Fergusson was launched in May after police received a complaint that a young person was allegedly contacted by Fergusson.

The offences span from 2011 to May 2017.

Police are asking any youth who may have been in contact with Fergusson during the time period to contact the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit or their local police detachment.
