Health Canada has issued a recall for two of Skip Hop’s Moonlight and Melodies nightlights, saying the lights may pose an electrical hazard.

The shock risk may be present in the owl and elephant lights, with an outlet adapter with certification number E479473.

The company says the adapter can break, which is where the shock risk comes in.
