A woman has been charged after her child was found unattended in a parking lot.
London police were called to a parking lot near Florence Street at Egerton Street around 3 a.m. Thursday to reports a child was wandering around alone.
Officers say the mother had gone into a nearby building at about 10:30 Wednesday night without the child.

The three-year-old did not need medical attention. The child was picked up by the Children’s’ Aid Society and moved to a safe place.
The mom has been charged with leave child unattended.
To protect the identity of the child, the mother’s name cannot be released.
