A Trump Hotels resort in Florida is attracting outrage and mockery after it published a tweet encouraging people to visit one of its luxury steakhouses to relieve their “post-hurricane stress.”

The tweet was hastily deleted, but not before screenshots were taken and circulated.
The tweet has been labelled tone-deaf and inappropriate by people accusing the Donald Trump-owned resort of being out of touch with the woes of regular Floridians, many of whom are still picking up the pieces after Hurricane Irma ravaged their communities, and likely can’t afford to come in for a $94 Kobe rib-eye or $55 maine lobster.
