On Monday afternoon police were called to the east end of Regina where a person was sent to hospital after being hit by a vehicle.
Police and EMS arrived and sent a 34-year-old male to hospital for treatment of his injuries.
Witnesses at the scene reported that a 34-year-old male was driving his car on Prince of Wales Drive where he struck a curb in order to avoid a motorhome, causing damage to the car. The motorhome stopped and the 34-year-old man approached on foot. The motorhome started to drive away, the male held the exterior and the driver braked and the man fell off, causing injury.
The motorhome left the scene of the accident but later returned where the driver was charged and arrested.
Forty-six year-old Christopher Alan Martyn of Regina is charged with fail to stop at the scene of an accident involving bodily harm.
Martyn will make his first court appearance on October 11.
