A large quantity of gold jewelry and a Sony PlayStation have been stolen in a break-in at a Cole Harbour home.
RCMP say a family returned home from vacation on Wednesday to find their home had been broken into.

According to police, the home on Heathland Way was broken into sometime between 5 p.m. on Aug. 5 and 5 p.m. on Aug. 9.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Halifax RCMP at 902-490-5020. Anonymous calls can be made to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
The investigation is ongoing.
