HAMILTON – Police say they’ve charged a Hamilton man following a three-week child pornography investigation.
Provincial police say a search warrant was executed at a home in Hamilton on July 19 in a joint investigation with Hamilton police.
A 33-year-old man is charged with three counts of making child pornography available and two counts each of transmitting child pornography, possession of child pornography and accessing child pornography.
The accused is to appear in a Hamilton court on Aug. 10.
OPP say the investigation is continuing.
