An elderly man is dead after a four-vehicle collision on Highway 7 west of Okotoks Saturday.
EMS told Global News the crash happened at about 10 a.m.
First responders attended to nine patients, one of which, an elderly man who died at the scene.
Six people, including two infants with minor injuries, were taken to High River General Hospital by ambulance.

One was taken to the Oil Fields General Hospital in Black Diamond in stable condition and another was taken to Foothills, also in stable condition.
Alberta RCMP said as of 1 p.m., the highway was still closed.
There is no information on the circumstances that led to the crash.
