Fire crews in Surrey were dealing with a hazardous situation in Surrey this afternoon.
Around 1 p.m. today, a fire broke out in a garage at 9960 Scott Road. Chemicals used to make plastic were being stored inside the garage, but they were not breached according to fire officials.

Hazmat was called to the scene to monitor the air and check on the chemicals.
No one was injured in the incident and the fire was contained to the garage. Fire officials will begin their investigation tomorrow.
