Environment Canada has issued a special weather advisory calling for snow for much of southern Ontario.
The weather agency is calling for the possibility of between 10 to 15 centimetres of snow for the following regions:

- Halton – Peel
- York – Durham
The snow is expected to begin Sunday and end Monday morning.
“A low pressure system brewing in Colorado is expected to track towards the central Great Lakes later this weekend and impact the Golden Horseshoe,” read a statement from Environment Canada.
“The timing of the snowfall will likely impact the Monday morning commute.”
The weather advisory also extends to Guelph, Cambridge, Kitchener and southern Peterborough.
