Wednesday, November 30, 2016: Weather forecast update at 4pm:

A northwesterly flow aloft combined with a surface low will keep isolated valley showers and mountain flurries in the forecast overnight Wednesday, but a drier day is on deck Thursday.

Sunny breaks are possible Thursday for some areas, especially in the afternoon hours.

The next frontal wave moves onshore Friday afternoon, with a bigger chance of showers as we head into the weekend.

Although valley areas will see a drier trend Saturday, areas near the mountains will see the precipitation lingering for the weekend.
