0.75 oz Wild Turkey 101 Bourbon
0.75 oz Fino Sherry
0.75 oz Spiced buttered cranberry syrup
0.25 oz lemon juice
Garnish with a rosemary sprig and cinnamon stick
Build on crushed ice in a rocks glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and rosemary sprig.
1.5 oz Sherringham Seaside Gin
1 dash celery bitters
1 dehydrated lemon
3-4 pieces of sea asparagus
Fever Tree Indian tonic
Build over ice in Burgundy stem glass. Garnish with sea asparagus and dehydrated lemon.
0.75 oz Rye Whisky
0.75 oz Punt e Mes
0.75 oz Bigallet China China
0.75 oz Odd Society Bittersweet Vermouth
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
